Huntley Blotter: Possession of Marijuana Arrests; Domestic Battery Reports

October 21, 2013 A criminal damage to vehicle report was taken near the intersection of Main and Church streets. The tires on a parked vehicle were slashed overnight.

October 21, 2013 A theft was reported at Huntley High School. A student stated that an I Pad was stolen from his backpack that was left unsecured in the boys locker room.

October 21, 2013 Ruben E. Palacios, age 18, of 11164 Caldwell Dr., Huntley, IL was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for retail theft. Mr. Palacios posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 31, 2013.

October 22, 2013 Roland T. Rudas, age 42, of 9471 Welsh, Huntley, IL was arrested for driving while license revoked. Mr. Rudas posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 15, 2013.

October 22, 2013 Alejandro M. Valdez, age 20, of 10982 Preston Parkway, age 20, was arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Mr. Valdez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 15, 2013.

October 24, 2013 Glenn A. Dawson, age 40, of 10660 Great Plaines, Huntley, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended, defective windshield, possession of a suspended driver’s license, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Dawson posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of December 6, 2013.

October 24, 2013 A fraud report was taken at a retail store in the 12300 block of Rt. 47. A female attempted to cash a fraudulent check.

October 24, 2013 A criminal damage to vehicle report was taken in the 10800 block of Timer Dr. The victim’s vehicle was keyed, tires damaged and the door handle was tampered with.

October 24, 2013 A theft report was taken at Huntley High School. A student reported that cash was stolen from his unsecured back pack that was left in the boys locker room after school.

October 24, 2013 A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken in the 10900 block of Fairbluff Ave. CDs and coins were stolen from the vehicle.

October 24, 2013 Jon P. Bitaut, age 30, of 11103 Grove, Huntley, IL was arrested on an outstanding Kane County warrant for contempt of court. Mr. Bitaut posted bond and was released with a Kane County court date of December 18, 2013.

October 24, 2013 Zachary A. Moore, age 20, of 12260 Songbird Lane, Huntley, IL was arrested for driving with a Suspended driver’s license. Mr. Moore posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 15, 2013.

October 25, 2013 Rosendo Salinas, age 22, of 701 Lincoln, Harvard, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended and no proof of insurance. Ms. Salinas posted bond and was released with a November 15, 2013 court date.

October 25, 2013 Kimberly J. Nichols, age 38, of 12500 Regency Parkway, #2022, Huntley, IL was arrested for retail theft. Ms. Nichols was transported to Kane County jail to await bond call.

October 25, 2013 A 17 year old girl from Huntley was charged with theft, possession of tobacco by a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia. The juvenile was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on November 18, 2013.

October 27, 2013 Joshua J. Alejandro, age 18, of 11003 Bonnie Brae, Huntley, IL was arrested for possession of cannabis. Mr. Alejandro was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on
November 18, 2013.

October 27, 2013 A theft report was taken in the 12000 block of Main St. Power tools were stolen from a garage.

October 27, 2013 Isreal Vilchis, age 36, of 10724 Shennendoah, Huntley, IL was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving with a front facing red light.
Mr. Vilchis posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 8, 2013.

October 27, 2013 Bonnie L. Borchardt, age 45, of 11611 E. Main St., Huntley, IL was arrested on two counts of domestic battery. Ms. Borchardt was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond call.
