McHenry Man Charged with Sexual Assault
Ryan J. Frazier, 31, was arrested Thursday and charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child, McHenry County Sheriff police said.
A McHenry man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a child under the age of 13, McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren said. Ryan J. Frazier, 31, 5323 Meadow St., McHenry, was arrested Thursday and charged with three counts of predatory criminal sexual assault on a child, a Class X felony, according to a press release issued by Nygren. On Tuesday, sheriff investigators received information from the Twin Lakes Police Department in Wisconsin indicating a child under the age of 13 had been sexually abused by Frazier at his home in unincorporated McHenry, Nygren said in the release. No, they did investigate. I didn't press charges so there wasn't a chance of him getting put away. He did get charges. Hindsight, I wish they had charged him with something more serious so I hadn't been more involved & THIS would have never happened. But thanks for your concern "concerned parent". ;)   more ›
