Huntley High School Hosts Free FAFSA Workshop

The workshop will be held on Feb. 6. You can reserve your spot now.

Filling out your federal student aid application for the first time can be a confusing process.  With the hopes of helping parents and students figure out the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) application, Huntley High School, 13719 Harmony Road, will host a workshop on Feb. 6 at 6:30 p.m. in labs 220 and 222 at the high school, according to a District 158 press release.  Karen Macella, a trained FAFSA expert from the Illinois Student Aid Commission, will lead the workshop. She will also be available to answer questions and help with FAFSA completion, according to the news release.  Two Spanish speaking interpreters will be on hand to assist at the workshop.  The workshop is free and open to the public.
