McHenry Man Charged with Selling, Possessing Drugs
Ryan M. O'Keefe, 26, was arrested and charged with multiple offenses when concerned residents in Wonder Lake reported suspected drug sales in the area, sheriff's police said.
Concerned residents in a Wonder Lake neighborhood suspected drug sales were taking place in their streets. After receiving the tip, McHenry County Sheriff's deputies conducted surveillance in the area. As a result, deputies observed a drug transaction on Tuesday, Nov. 6, and pulled over a blue, 2006 Chevrolet Canyon at Hilltop Road and Seminole Drive, according to McHenry County Sheriff Keith Nygren. The driver, Ryan M. O'Keefe, 26, 210 N. Draper Rd., McHenry, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended drivers license, Nygren said in a press release. M. Gunther-- I'm not an idiot and I'm closely involved in the case so yes, I do know what I'm talking about. Its hard to have sympathy when your brother admitted to lying about other people's involvement in a murder trial just to get himself a better deal.
