Wonderland Comes to Huntley
"Alice in Wonderland" modern opera at Cosman Cultural Center.
Over the years, productions of "Alice in Wonderland" have become "curiouser and curiouser." Christian Youth Theater Chicago (Kane County) will perform yet another twist on the classic tale: an original pop/rock opera version. Jon Lorenz of CYT has written this version complete with original songs being performed this month at the Cosman Cultural Center at 12015 Mill Street in Huntley. The book, "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland," was written by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson in 1865 under the pseudonym of Lewis Carroll. Walt Disney Pictures produced two versions of the book.
