So what is your point, Snicket? Are you saying that it is blacks that are inherently criminalistic and 'are who they are'? That it is there culture that is corrupt? Garrett points that blacks bring crime, as if that is the driving causality.
'Great society programs'.... What are you talking about? Affirmative action? The creation of protected classes? Perhaps if you could be more specific we can get down to the root of the problem.

It was his 4th arrest for DUI. He's probably still driving drunk even if he doesn't have a license any more. Unless he's managed to kill himself and others.
There is nothing in the article stating the MEDICAL RESEARCH that shows the affect of moderate alcohol consumption on driving ability, and what the difference between .05 and .08 actually is. That is what needs to be examined before any changes are made.
For a pilot it's 0.00%. 12 hours from bottle to throttle. What we really need is a culture change where people of all ages recognize that drinking and driving is just not acceptable.

This is ridiculous...if anything, it should return to .1...just another example of political…Read More correctness gone amok...every DUI arrest takes the arresting officer off the street for the rest of his shift(most of the time) to do paperwork...then the officers have numerous court appearances at time and a half...if their shift ends at midnight and the arrest is made at 11:00, they won't get off til @ 3:00am...some of the officers are making almost double their salaries in overtime...I would much prefer they do aggressive patrol duties catching real criminals...

We need to start enforcing the laws we currently have and doing something about the law breakers instead of creating laws that will make more people criminals that we will do nothing about. (This doesn't just pertain to DUIs either.)
