The problem with jewel is not customer service. When a company sets out to strip hours and…Read More healthcare from it's employees and rewards their management for doing so, and customers see the employees treated so poorly, why would want to spend our hard earned money supporting a company like that? Jewel employees don't.t even shop there anymore. Someone needs to wake up or just lock the doors.

Can't drive up for groceries in order to have them put them into my car as there is a fire lane in…Read More front of my Jewel! I also prefer to bring my own groceries to the car but obviously the new owners think that this service is customer-service friendly. After enough complaints it will probably disappear. By the way, Sunset Foods does this or did when I lived in Northbrook.

Place was horrible, wasted 3 hrs of my life people watching... people were all over the place…Read More (mainly outside) the band inside had a bunch of old people and its was bare. People were able to walk out and back in with drinks in their hands... Kinda not smart of the staff to let that happen, because who knows what they could of put in their drinks. I felt like I was at a rave and having 18 year old girls with a bunch of old guys is seriously creepy. Good thing my bf was there once we noticed them we left.

When my wife and I retire, we will be moving out of IL due to high taxes and a state going broke…Read More that will only want more money from us. I cannot afford to pay the bills for this broken state. Taxes are high and will only get worse.

I don't have any children in the Huntley school system either. However I do appreciate those home…Read More owners that paid their taxes when my children were in the schools years ago. No one likes to pay taxes of any kind. I think that the cost of schools should be distributed in a more efficient way as today, Homeowner's are barely hanging on to their homes. I too will be leaving Illinois but because of the crooks in the Governments running this state. I can't stand the thought of another well off politician greedily stealing money from those living paycheck to paycheck. It happens way too often in Illinois.
