In March, a blood drive sponsored by the Knights resulted in 74 pints of blood donated to Heartland.  Heartland provided lounge pants to donor, many of who donated them to the Sweats for Seniors Program, founded by Griswold Special Care of McHenry.

Heartland Blood Centers' first commitment is always to meet local blood needs.  Hosting a drive with Heartland means that 100 percent of blood donated is returned to the communities served by Heartland.
