The Northwest Suburban Lacrosse is holding free lacrosse lessons for boys 2 to 9 grades from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 4 at Ken Carpenter Park in Lake in the Hills. The park is located on the corner of Randall and Miller Roads. Pre-registration is required.

This is a great chance for you to get your friends involved and build up your team in your neighborhood!

Equipment will be provided. All you have to do is register and you are in.

Northwest Suburban Lacrosse is also holding Hot-Shots Summer camp for boys in grades  to 9. It starts at 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6 at Ken Carpenter Park. The cost is $75.

There is something for everyone at the Hot-Shots Summer Camp. No experience necessary. Beginner to advanced players will enjoy a four-session lacrosse camp designed to take their lacrosse skills to the next level.

Coaches and trainers aim to help players develop new skills, strengthen existing skills, and create a defined sense of achievement. Campers are grouped by age, and ability. Necessary adjustments will be made during the camp to accommodate and ensure the best learning experience & development for each camper.
