Liam O’Shaughnessy, professional MMA fighter and
instructor at Forrest Griffin’s HardCore Gym in Athens, Georgia will be visiting the South Elgin Budokan Martial Arts School this weekend.
Liam will be offering free MMA training sessions featuring striking and grappling techniques to those interested in learning more about this exciting sport. Sessions are open to mature youth and adults.
