PHOTOS: Marlowe's Fireside Feast, Breakfast with Santa a Hit

Hundreds visited with Santa during this weekend's holiday events at Marlowe.

The District 158 Education Foundation hosted Santa's Fireside Feast from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Marlowe Middle School.

The fireside feast was new this year. There was a pasta buffet for dinner, the chance for kids to visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus and test Mrs. Claus' cookies and hot chocolate. The Marlowe Middle School Honors Choir and the District 158 Faculty Jazz Band will provided the entertainment for the night.

The Breakfast with Santa took place during two sessions: one from 8 to 9:30 a.m. and the other from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Breakfast with Santa included a continental breakfast, children’s games, crafts, and holiday music, all similar to past years.
