Senior Coffee: Heart Health
The Huntley Area Library holds a Senior Coffee and lecture on Heart Health. Shirley Sanders, RN of Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab at Good Shepherd Hospital, will discuss cardiac risk factors and lifestyle management techniques. Registration required.
