Discover District 158’s Parent Tot Center

Parent Tot Center available for Consolidated School District 158 residents.

 

Consolidated School District 158 wants to let parents know about a place where a kid can be a kid.

School District 158 residents with children _ from newborn to age 5 _ are invited to check out the Parent Tot Center located at Chesak Elementary School, 10910 Reed Road, Lake in the Hills.

The Parent Tot Center (PTC) is filled with toys, craft activities, books, puzzles and so much more to help provide a great place for children and parents to interact in a stimulating environment.

The PTC is a fee based drop-in program open only to residents of School District 158. The annual fee of $25 per child includes unlimited playgroups, Tot Tunes, Story Time, concerts, parenting classes, and other special events scheduled throughout the school year.

The program is open to children under the age of 5 years old, as of September 1, 2012. Children under the age of 1 as of September 1, 2012 are free. Registration and payment (cash or check) can be done any time during PTC open play hours on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:15 a.m. to noon, and Tuesdays from 10:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Proof of residency is required.

Once you are a registered/paid participant, you may drop in any time during open play hours and also sign up for our fun activities and parenting classes.

Families are welcome to visit the PTC for FREE on their first visit during open play hours to see what the program is all about.
