Conley Elementary School Needs your Vote!

Consolidated School District 158 school trying to win in a U.S. Cellular contest.

 

Conley Elementary School ranks in ninth place in the U.S. Cellular “Calling All Communities” contest but needs more votes to guarantee a prize.

The contest continues until Sunday, Oct. 21.

Students and staff are making one final plea in hopes that all parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, and friends will rally in support of the school in their efforts to win a share of $1 million being donated to 18 schools across the country.

The rewards in this contest are huge with $150,000 as the top prize and the next 17 schools with the most votes winning $50,000 each.

Voting is easy: visit any U.S. Cellular store and request a voting card. Then go online at http://cacuscellular.com/ and register to vote for Conley. Every vote counts so round up your friends, neighbors, coworkers, relatives—any person 18 years or older that you can think of and ask them to vote for Conley.

Contest winners can spend the money any way they choose.

Principal Alice Stech said the school is planning on using any monies awarded to purchase new SMART boards for each classroom in the grade 3-5 school.
