Well, Septic Informational Meeting Scheduled

The informational meeting will be held on Sept. 11.

The below information comes from a Kane County Health Department press release. 

Are you a homeowner with a well and or septic system? Have you ever wondered how these systems work?

Do you know what maintenance has to be performed so that they function properly? Do you know what type of septic system you have?

For the answers to these questions and more, the Kane County Health Department will hold its annual Well and Septic informational meeting  from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at the University of Illinois Extension Center, 535 Randall Road, St. Charles.

Attendance is free of charge, but space can be limited so we ask that you register in advance. If you would like to attend, please register by calling our office at (630) 444-3040.

If you must leave a voicemail please give your name, address, and phone number. We would like to hear from you by September 9.

Water well test kits will be provided to attendees at no charge. In active partnership with our community, the Kane County Health Department improves the quality of life and well-being of all residents by developing and implementing local policies, systems, and services that protect and promote health, and prevent disease, injury and disability.
