Route 47 Traffic Alert
Roads along the Route 47 corridor will be closed this week.
Several streets will be closed this week for the Route 47 road project, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
North, Fourth and Borden streets at Route 47 will be closed starting Monday for paving, the IDOT stated.
Access to Fourth and Borden streets will be provided through the Union Special parking lot, IDOT’s weekly update stated. The streets will reopen on Thursday, Oct. 13.
