New Senior Living Facility Moves Forward in Huntley

The Chicago company planning the development will now look to secure financing for the $31.8 million project, according to the Northwest Herald.

A new senior living facility in Huntley was approved last week by the Illinois Health Facilities and Services Review Board, allowing Alden Realty Services' to move forward with securing financing for the $31.8 development, according to the Northwest Herald. 

The complex is planned on 14 acres of property at Regency Square, located along Route 47, and will include a a 91-unit independent senior living complex, a 110-bed nursing and rehabilitation facility and a 60-bed memory care building, according to the Northwest Herald.
