Lane Changes on Route 47, Be Alert
The Illinois Tollway provides an update on the Route 47 and Interstate 90 full interchange project.
Motorists should be looking out for lane changes this week on Route 47 from Oakcreek Parkway to the Interstate 90 bridge, Illinois Tollway authorities said.
Expect single lane closures from Oakcreek Parkway to I-90 in the northbound and southbound lanes.

Route 47 continues to be down to a single lane from I-90 to Big Timber Road.
Last week, excavation continued in the northwest quadrant, according to the village’s website. Additionally, temporary pavement was poured on Route 47.
