Huntley Wants You, to Serve on Village Advisory Boards

Village seeks residents to fill vacancies.

 

Huntley is looking for residents interested in filling vacancies on the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Historic Preservation Commission.

Mayor Charles Sass makes appointments to the advisory boards with the consent of the village board. The requirement for anyone interested in applying:

  • Must be a resident of Huntley
  • Must be willing and available to attend monthly meetings. The Zoning Board of Appeal meets on an as-needed basis while the Historic Preservation Commission meets monthly.
  • Candidates should have expertise, experience, or interest in any or all of the following areas: historic preservation, architectural history, building construction, engineering, architecture, landscaping, finance, neighborhood organization or real estate.
