The 13-acre development would be located at the northwest corner of Regency Parkway and Princeton Drive and would cater to the Sun City community.

Alden Network, of Chicago, is looking to build a multimillion dollar health and senior living campus near Huntley's Regency Square to serve the Sun City community, the Northwest Herald reports.

Alden Network officials have proposed a 13-acre development that includes a 50-bed memory care facility, a 100-bed nursing and rehab building, and about 100 units for independent senior living. The project would create 200 jobs, and the campus would have six buildings at the northwest corner of Regency Parkway and Princeton Drive, the Herald reports.
