Crews are expected to begin pouring areas of concrete at various sites along the construction route so flaggers will be directing traffic when necessary, according to IDOT.

Also this week, Mill Street will be closed to the general public. Residents who live on east Mill Street will have access, IDOT stated. However, residents will be required to park their vehicles on the street since there will be no driveway access.
