The Centennial Committee's mission is to educate, celebrate and commemorate the 100th anniversary of the city. The committee is in the midst of planning many special celebrations to honor the city's unique past and usher in the next 100 years of its extraordinary future.

Four contest finalists will receive a $100 "I Shop Crystal Lake" gift certificate.

The winner of the Centennial Logo Contest also will receive a $100 "I Shop Crystal Lake" gift certificate and recognition as a creative partner in any new logo reveal publications.

The winning logo will be used for a myriad of purposes such as banners, patches, promotional items and advertising.

In the logo above it appears to be a tree with a lake in the back ground and a station wagon vehicle half submersed in water ? What does that signify for Crystal lake ?
