Appeal Court Sides With Grafton Township Over Hiring Attorney
Grafton Supervisor Linda Moore decided whether to take Appellate Court decision to higher court, according to the Daily Herald.
An appellate court ruled in favor of Grafton Township, which appealed a McHenry County court's decision forcing the township and its board to hire an attorney Grafton Township Supervisor Linda Moore nominated, the newspaper reported. The attorney represents Moore in a different case pitting her and the Township board, the Daily Herald reports.
