Woodstock Man Charged With DUI Following Fatal Crash
Kevin D. Green, 22, of Fontana died following the crash on Saturday morning in Waworth County, Wisconsin.
A 24-year-old Woodstock man has been charged with operating while intoxicated-homicide following a one-car accident in Walworth County, Wis., on Saturday morning, according to the Northwest Herald.
Daniel P. Consolo is currently being held at a Wisconsin hospital where he is being treated for severe injuries, according to the Northwest Herald.
Police said Consolo was the driver of the 2004 Jeep Wrangler that had been traveling west on Cobblestone Road in the town of Walworth when it went off the road and hit a tree around 7 a.m. on Saturday, according to Walworth County Today.
There were three other passengers in the vehicle, including Kevin D. Green, 22, of Fontana who was transferred by helicopter to Milwaukee where he later died of injuries sustained in the crash,according to Walworth County Today.
