Police Blotter: DUI Arrest Reported

Huntley police release this week's reports.

Police arrested a 35-year-old Huntley man on a charge of drunken driving, according to Huntley reports.

Timothy W. Graves, of 10880 Grand Canyon, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and was cited with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle on July 9, police said. Graves posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 12.

  • Someone broke into a home on White Oak Road and stole appliances, Huntley police said. The theft report was taken in the 13700 block of White Oak Road on July 5.
  • A criminal damage to vehicle report was taken in the 9400 block of Rainsford Drive on July 5, police said.  The victim states that the taillight on his vehicle was broken.
  • Asama L. Itseumah, 20, of 9924 Cummins St., Huntley, was arrested July 6 on an outstanding DeKalb County warrant for failure to appear in court, according to reports. Itseumah posted bond and was released with a DeKalb County court date of Aug. 4.
  • A 23-year-old Elgin woman was arrested on a retail theft charge July 7, police said. Nicole C. Simons, of 288 Villa St., No. 4, Elgin, was transported to Kane County jail to await bond call.
  • A theft report was taken in the 10000 block of Thornton Way on July 8.  The victim states that wind chimes were stolen from her front porch, police said.
  • Stephen B. Spear, 27, of 11407 Edinburgh Lane, Huntley, was arrested on a charge of driving while license suspended on July 9, police said. Spear also was cited with no valid registration, violation of classification and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Spear posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 19.
  • Police arrested 24-year-old Filberto Flores, of 11711 Kenneth St, Huntley, on a charge of driving with no valid driver’s license on July 9, according to reports. Flores also was cited with registration suspended for no insurance. Flores posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 26.
  • John J. Lamancusa, 58, of 90 Silvertree Circle, Cary, was charged with battery and two counts of reckless conduct on July 10, Huntley police said. In the same incident Sean J. Teifeld, 22, of 11745 Woodcreek Drive, Huntley, was charged with two counts of reckless conduct, police said. Both men posted bond and were released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 19.
  • Andrew Lee Zick, 29, of 10618 Michael St., Huntley, was arrested on charges of driving while license suspended and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 10, according to police. He also was cited with disregarding a stop sign. Zick posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 19.
