LITH Man Charged With Selling Prescription Narcotics

Police arrested a Lake in the Hills man and woman this past week on drug charges following a a two-month narcotics investigation into a LITH resident who police were told had been selling prescription narcotics, according to a McHenry County Sheriff's Office press release. 

Working undercover, officers purchased prescription pills on Tuesday and then conducted a traffic stop on the suspect in the area of Ackman Road and Huntley Road in Crystal Lake, according to the news release. 

They took into custody the driver, Jacob Boudrie, 30, and a passenger, Simone Nadeau, 26, according to the news release. 

Detectives recovered two grams of cannabis and 35 Oxycodone, 30 Hydrocodone, and 40 Methadone pills. The drugs had a total estimated street value of $750, according to the news release. 

Boudrie, of 1305 Jefferson St. in Lake in the Hills, was charged with five counts of delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school, five counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, five counts of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, improper lane usage and driving while license suspended. 

And Nadeau, also of 1305 Jefferson St. in Lake in the Hills, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of cannabis.
