Huntley Police: Warrant Arrests, Disorderly Conduct, DUI

Police reports from April 19-21, which also included criminal damage reports and a burglary complaint.

 

Note: The following information was obtained from Huntley Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

  • Cody W. Gano, 24, of 10484 Beaver Dam, Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court, and was charged with possession of cannabis on April 19, police said. Gano posted bond and was released with McHenry County court dates.
  • A 17-year-old Huntley boy was arrested for disorderly conduct at Huntley High School, 13719 Harmony Road, on April 19, according to police. The juvenile was released to his mother and will be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.
  • Anthony J. Monteleone, 25, of 39W374 Grand Ave., Elgin, was arrested for driving under the influence and speeding on April 20, police said. Monteleone posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of May 17.
  • Someone damaged the tires on a vehicle parked in the 11100 block of Grove Street on April 20, police said.
  • Alexandria T. Silva, 19, of 3532 Blue Ridge Court, Carpentersville, was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for possession of controlled substance on April 20, police said. Silva faces new charges of possession of cannabis, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, and speeding, police said. Silva posted bond and was released with an Ogle county court date of May 10 and a McHenry County court date of May 13.
  • A check stolen from a home in the 10400 block of Casselberry North on April 21 was later cashed, police said.
  • The rear window of a vehicle was damaged in the 11400 block of Algonquin Road on April 21, police reports stated. The same day, a rock was used to break the front window of a vehicle in the 9800 block of Wakefield Drive.
