Huntley Police: Teens Charged with Pot Possession

Police reports from Feb. 18 to Feb. 22.

 

Huntley police released the following reports:

  • Zachary S. Powers, 21, of 5850 Colleen, Rockford, was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 18, police said. Powers posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of March 15. In the same incident a 15-year-old boy from Rockford, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The boy was released to a guardian and will be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.
  • A 17-year-old boy from Lake in the Hills, was charged with possession of cannabis on Feb. 18, police said. The boy was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on March 25.
  • Two 17-year-old boys and one 16-year-old boy were charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 19, police said. The boys were released to their parents and will attend peer jury.
  • Anna Wilson, 47, of 7201 Owl Way, Cary, was arrested for forgery on Feb. 20, according to police.
  • An iPhone 5 was stolen from a gym locker at Huntley High School, 13719 Harmony Road on Feb. 21, police reports stated.
  • Gabriel Rivera, 30, of 3400 N. Tripp #2, Chicago, was arrested for criminal damage to property on Feb. 22, police said.. Rivera was assigned a McHenry County court date of March 22 and was transported to McHenry County Jail to await bond.
  • Rachael E. Kegebein, 41, of 9363 Rainsford Drive, Huntley, was arrested Feb. 22 an outstanding Huntley Police Department warrant for endangering the life of a child, police said. Kegebein posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of March 22.
