Huntley Police: Teen Charged with Delivering Pot at Huntley High

Police release reports that include thefts, an aggravated assault and possession of firearm ammunition.

 

A 14-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was charged with unlawful delivery of cannabis on school grounds, police said.

 He was arrested at Huntley High School, 13719 Harmony Road on May 17. In the same incident a 15-year-old girl from Lake in the Hills was charged with possession of cannabis.

Both teens were released to their parents and will attend peer jury.

  • A 16-year-old Huntley boy was arrested and charged with possession of firearm ammunition without a valid Firearm Owner Identification card and disorderly conduct on May 13, police said. The juvenile was released to his father and will be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.
  • A wallet and sunglasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle at Huntley High School, 13719 Harmony Road, on May 13, according to reports.
  • Jewelry was stolen from a home in the 12900 block of Summerview Lane on May 13, police said.
  • A criminal damage to property report was taken May 14 in the 10800 block of Greywall Lane where brown paint was used to damage a vehicle and the driveway, reports stated.
  • Someone broke a window at a business in the 11400 block of Allison Court on May 21, according to reports.
  • A student reported that her Envy cell phone and IPod were missing after she left the items out on a track at Huntley High School on May 15, police said.
  • Alexander J. Robson, 19, of 548 Parkview Terrace, Buffalo Grove, was arrested May 16 on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for violation of an order of protection, police said. Robson was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.
  • Donald A. Divito, 59, of 12413 Blue Bird, Huntley, was charged with disorderly conduct on May 21, police said. Divito was released with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on June 24.
  • Colin F. Walker, 22, of 9718 Dunhill, Huntley, was arrested for improper use of registration, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis, and driving with no insurance on May 17, police said. Walker posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of June 28.
  • A 14-year-old boy was charged with disorderly conduct on May 17, according to reports. The juvenile was released to his parents with a notice to appear in McHenry County court on June 24.
  • Carla Daleiden, 51, of 10611 Philip Drive, Huntley, was arrested for attempted aggravated assault on May 18, police said. Dale den posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of June 28.
  • Cash was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway in the 11700 block of Niagra Lane on May 19, police said.
