Huntley Police: Multiple Incidents Reported at Huntley High School

Police reports from March 18 -23.

Note: The following information was obtained from Huntley Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law.

A 15-year-old female and a 16-year- old female both from Lake in the Hills were charged with disorderly conduct at Huntley High School, 13719 Harmony Road, on March 18. Both juveniles were released to their parents and will attend peer jury.

Lottery tickets and cigarettes were reported stolen from a business in the 11200 block of Route 47 on March 18, police said.

Two 14-year-old boys, one from Huntley and one from Lake in the Hills, IL were charged with criminal damage to property on March 19, according to reports. The juveniles were assigned a McHenry County court date of April 22 and were released to family members.

Voytek Kapuscik, 37, of 10752 Capitol Lane, Huntley, IL was arrested for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident and disregarding a stop sign on March 20, police said.  Kapuscik posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of April 26.

A 15-year-old boy from Huntley, was charged with battery at Huntley High School on March 20, reports stated.  The juvenile was assigned a McHenry County court date of April 8 and was released to the custody of a family member.

Two Huntley girls, aged 15 and 14, were arrested on a disorderly conduct charge in connection with an incident at Huntley High School on March 20, police said. Both girls were released to their mothers and will attend peer jury.

Nicola Busano, 19, of 10652 Potomac Drive, Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant on March 20 for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, police said.

Two 17-year-old Lake in the Hills, an 18-year-old and a 16-year-old Algonquin teen were all arrested and charged with disorderly conduct at Huntley High School on March 22, police said. The teens were assigned a McHenry County court date of April 22 and were released to their parents.

Michelle J. Golon, 20, of 1654 Sandcastle Lane, Hampshire, was charged with possession of a fictitious driver’s license, possession of alcohol by a minor and driving with no headlights on March 23, according to report. Golon  posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of May 3.
