Huntley Police: Huntley Man Arrested for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse

July 29, 2013 

• Theodore J. Warzecha, 27, of 9874 Fairfield Road in Huntley,  was arrested for DUI and improper lane use. Warzecha posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 16, 2013.
• Michael J. Piszczek, 19, of 181 Ferryville Drive in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on two counts of theft. Piszczek posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 23, 2013.

July 30, 2013 

• A Burglary to motor vehicle report was taken in the 9800 block of Fairfield Lane. The victim stated that a container that held several tools was stolen from the unlocked tailgate of his pickup truck.

July 31, 2013 

• Felipe E. Wahlstedt,  20, of 11860 Cape Cod Lane in Huntley, was arrested for aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Mr. Wahlstedt was transported to McHenry County Jail to await bond call.
• Two bikes were reported stolen from a residential driveway in the 10700 block of Cape Cod Lane.
• A criminal damage to property report was taken at Weiss Park. A water fountain was damaged.

August 1, 2013 

• A 2nd criminal damage to property report was taken at Weiss Park. The water fountain that was damaged the day before was repaired. After the repair, unknown persons damaged the same water fountain again.

August 2, 2013 

• A criminal damage to property report was taken in the 9700 block of Longfield Drive. A rock thrown at the house damaged the siding.

• Francisco Fernandez, 30, of 74142 Ann, Lake Geneva, WI was arrested for driving while license suspended and improper lane use. Fernandez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 23, 2013.

August 3, 2013 

• Three burglary to motor vehicle reports were taken in residential driveways in the 10400 and 10500 blocks of Fleetwood St. Wallets and electronics were stolen from the unlocked vehicles.

August 4, 2013 

• A retail theft report was taken at a store in the 12300 block of Route 47.

• Juan M. Padilla-Perez, 43, 409 North St., Elgin, IL was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license and disobeying a stop sign. Padilla-Perez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Aug. 23, 2013.
• A delayed criminal trespass to motor vehicle report was taken in the 10600 block of Golden Gate Drive. The victim states he discovered that the door to his van was open and unlocked the morning of July 31, 2013.
