Huntley Police: Drug Paraphernalia Arrest, Domestic Battery, Warrant Arrests

Police reports from the week of March 11-16.

A 16-year old boy and a 15-year-old boy from Huntley were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia on March 11, police said. The juveniles were released to family members and will be petitioned into McHenry County juvenile court.

Ivan E. Villavicencio, 42, of 10806 Oregon Trail, Huntley, was arrested for two counts of domestic battery on March 12, according to reports.

An iPhone 5 was stolen at Huntley Huntley School, 13710 Harmony Road, from an unlocked gym locker on March 12, police said.

Marissa D. Murray, 22, of 10636 Golden Gate, Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for domestic battery on March 12, police said. Murray posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of April 12.

Craig W. Kincaid, 47, of 245 Meadowlark, Lindenhurst, was arrested for speeding 31 mph or more over posted limit on March 13, police said. Kincaid posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of April 26.

Noah M. McGinley, 28, of 11514 Douglas, Huntley, was arrested on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for failure to appear in court on a resisting a peace officer charge, driving with no valid driver’s license and registration suspended for non-insurance on March 13, reports stated.
