Criminal Damage Reported

Someone damaged the interior of a vehicle in the 10800 block of Church Street on Feb. 25, according to reports.

Traffic Warrant Arrest
Jesus E. Rojas, 21, of 2200 Morningside Circle D, Carpentersville, was arrested for an outstanding Kane County warrant, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving too fast for conditions on Feb. 26, police said. Rojas was assigned a McHenry County court date of March 15 for the traffic charges.
Fraud Charge
Irma Bernabe, 40, of 116 E. James Way, Cary, was arrested for identity theft and forgery on March 1, police said.
Underage Possession of Tobacco
Two 14-year-old boys and one 17-year-old boy, all from Huntley, were charged with possession of tobacco by a minor on March 1, police said. The juveniles are accused of possessing tobacco products at Huntley High School, 13719 Harmony Road.
