Huntley Police Blotter: Residential Burglary Arrests

Two people charged, according to police reports released this week.

Two people were charged in connection with a burglary, police said.

Tabatha L. Little, 19, of 9405 Rainsford Drive, Huntley, was arrested Aug. 5 on a charge of possession of stolen property, according to reports.

Police also arrested Anthony Ramond Jacobus, 23, of 26 Faringdon Lane, Crystal Lake. Jacobus was charged with residential burglary, criminal trespass to property and theft, police said. Both subjects were transported to McHenry County jail.

In other police reports released this week:

  • Two incidents of criminal damage to a vehicle were reported at a business in the 11800 block of Route 47 on Aug. 2.
  • A theft report was taken at a business in the 13200 block of Village Green Drive on Aug. 3, reports stated. No further information was released.
  • Gustave S. Kozarzewski, 44, of 10680 Painted Desert Court, Huntley, was arrested Aug. 4 on an outstanding McHenry County warrant for contempt of court, Huntley police said. Kozarzewski posted bond and was released with an August court date. 
  • Jay W. Klein, 26, of 1212 Robert Drive, Maryville, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol on Aug. 5, police said. Klein posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of Sept. 16.
  • A burglary to a construction site in the 12300 block of Glazier was reported on Aug. 5. Two air-conditioning units, two furnaces and a water heater were stolen, police said.
  • Four incidents of criminal damage to property were reported in which paper was set on fire inside mailboxes, according to reports. No location of the incidents, which occurred Aug. 7, was released.
  • A hit-and-run crash report was taken in the 11800 block of Leland involving a vehicle that hit a tree, a mailbox and a vehicle on Aug. 7, police said.
