Huntley Police Blotter: Burglary to Motor Vehicle Reports

The following information was provided by the Huntley Police Department. An arrest should not be considered a conviction.



September 30, 2013 Omar Hernandez, age 21, of 10367 Ashley Street, Huntley, IL was arrested for no valid driver’s license and an outstanding Kane County retail theft warrant. Mr. Hernandez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 1, 2013 and a Kane County court date of October 16, 2013.

September 30, 2013 Francisco J. Montes, age 21, of 717 Irving Avenue, Woodstock, IL was arrested for driving with a suspended license, expired registration and no valid insurance. Mr. Montes posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 1, 2013.

September 30, 2013 A motorist reported driving northbound on Farmhill Drive at which time an object was thrown from a passing vehicle that caused damage to the complainant’s vehicle. The suspect vehicle was located and a 14 year old male juvenile passenger was issued a criminal damage notice to appear in McHenry County court on October 21, 2013.

October 1, 2013 An Identity Theft report was taken on the 10600 block of Nantucket Lane.

October 1, 2013 A fraudulent credit card use report was taken on the 13300 block of Glenwood Drive.

October 3, 2013 A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken on the 11200 block of Fleetwood Street. Loose change was removed from the unlocked vehicle and a substance was poured on the vehicle.

October 3, 2013. A criminal damage to vehicle report was taken on the 10400 block of Fleetwood Street. The vehicle’s door and hood were scratched with an object overnight, while parked in a driveway.

October 3, 2013 Jaime Guerrero, age 29, of 29W520 Winchester Circle, Warrenville, IL was arrested for no valid driver’s license and expired registration. Mr. Guerrero posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 1, 2013.

October 4, 2013 An Identity Theft report was taken at the Huntley Outlet Center, 11800 Factory Shops Boulevard.

October 4, 2013 A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken on the 10400 block of Fleetwood Street. An MP3 player was reported stolen from the vehicle.

October 4, 2013 Brianne K. Fallico, age 19, of 719 Highland Avenue, Elgin, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended, a taillight violation, and no valid insurance. Ms. Fallico posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 25, 2013.

October 5, 2013 Luis F. Sotelo, age 38, of 756 Fourth Street, Aurora, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended, disobeying a traffic control signal, and failure to secure a child in a restraint. Mr. Sotelo posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of October 25, 2013.

October 6, 2013 John M. Krol, age 45, of 10638 Braemar Parkway, Huntley, IL was arrested for domestic battery. Mr. Kroll was transported to the McHenry County Correctional Center to await a bond hearing.

October 6, 2013 Cynthia M/ Fei, age 39, of 6633 Garden Prairie Road, Garden Prairie, IL was arrested for no valid driver’s license. Ms. Fei posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 8, 2013.

October 6, 2013 A theft of an Apple IPad mini was reported at the Huntley Outlet Center, 11800 Factory Shops Boulevard. A patron left the item in a public washroom and upon return found it to be missing.

October 6, 2013 A credit card fraud was reported on the 10400 block of Auburn.

October 6, 2013 Matthew E. Robisky, age 36, of 10033 Cummings, Huntley, IL was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license suspended and improper lane use. Mr. Robisky posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of November 8, 2013.
