Huntley Police Blotter: Burglary at Warehouse; Theft Reports

December 30, 2013 A purse and contents were reported stolen at a business in the 11600 block of Main St.

December 30, 2013 Purses and shoes were reported stolen from a garage in the 10300 block of Brighton Lane.

January 2, 2014 Carrie F. Staton, age 37, of 13320 Honeysuckle Dr., Huntley, IL was arrested on an outstanding Noble County Indiana warrant for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication. Ms. Staton was transported to McHenry County jail to await transport to Noble County.

January 2, 2014 Johnathan V. Art, age 32, of 11601 Second St. #A, Huntley, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended, and failure to signal. Mr. Art posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of January 24, 2014.

January 3, 2014 Alan E. Howe, age 39, of 4868 N. Austin Ave., Chicago, IL was arrested for driving while license suspended, display of expired registration, registration suspended for non-insurance and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Mr. Howe was assigned a January 24, 2014 McHenry County court date and then was transported to McHenry County jail to await bond.

January 4, 2014 Linda L. Blackburn, age 66, of 11733 Wildrose Dr., Huntley, IL was arrested for DUI and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Ms. Blackburn posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of February 28, 2014. 

January 8, 2014 A fraud report was taken at a business in the 13900 block of Auto Mall Dr. Fraudulent charges were made to the company’s checking account.

January 10, 2014 Camilo Balderas-Martinez, age 32, of 715 Wicker, Woodstock, IL was arrested for driving with no valid driver’s license and expired registration. Mr. Balderas-Martinez posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of February 21, 2014.

January 10, 2014 A burglary to a warehouse was reported in the 11000 block of Bakley St. Machinery and metal were stolen.

January 10, 2014 A theft report was taken in the 12900 block of Brookwood Dr. A ring was reported stolen.

January 10, 2014 Klaudia W. Nowak, age 24, of 41 Greenbriar, Gilberts, IL was arrested for retail theft. Ms. Nowak posted bond and was released with a Kane County court date of February 14, 2014.
