Huntley Deputy Police Deputy Chief Todd Fulton said arresting a 14-year-old for domestic battery is not a very common situation for officers, but it has happened in the past. Most domestic battery cases involve adults, he said. The Huntley Police Department has made reducing domestic battery cases a priority this year.
