A Huntley man twice punched a Chicago police officer in the face after a Dave Matthews concert on Friday night, according to authorities, and now he's charged with aggravated battery of a police officer.

Gerald Chverchko, 42, was standing near traffic on the street outside FirstMerit Bank Pavilion when the officer told him several times to move. Chverchko replied "Try and get me out of the street."

So, the cop tried and Chverchko swung on him, according to reports. The officer put Chverchko to the ground and hit him back. Chverchko, also charged with resisting a peace officer, was held on $10,000 bail.
