Huntley Crime Blotter: Disorderly Conduct at HHS

Police release reports, which includes Huntley woman's arrest for leaving accident scene.

Two Huntley High School students were arrested on April 26 on a charge of disorderly conduct that occurred at the school, 13719 Harmony Road, police said.

A 15-year-old Lake in the Hills boy and a 14-year-old Algonquin boy were released to their parents and will attend peer jury, according to reports. No other details were released.

In other police reports released this week:

-Fernando Rosas, 30, of 5008 W. 30th Pl., Cicero, was arrested on April 26 and charged with driving while license suspended and cited for driving with no insurance and defective windshield, according to police. Rosas posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of May 27.

-Huntley police arrested Peter T. Morzos, 29, of 14054 Tallgrass Trail, Poplar Grove, April 27 on an outstanding McHenry County warrant, reports stated. Morzos posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of June 6.

-Tyler D. Stratman, 18, of 725 Dean St., Apt. 5, South Elgin, was arrested April 27 and charged with possession of cannabis, police said. Stratman was issued a notice to appear in McHenry County court on June 13.

-A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken in the 10300 block of Haligus Road on April 28. The front passenger side window was broken and a purse containing a credit card and identification was stolen, police said.

-Azure E. Ruud, 28, of 11215 Fleetwood St., Huntley, was arrested April 29 and charged with leaving the scene of a property damage accident and cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, according to police. Ruud posted bond and was released with a McHenry County court date of May 27.

-A 16-year-old male from Huntley was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia on April 29, police said.  The juvenile was released to his parents and will be petitioned into McHenry County Juvenile Court.

-A trespass to residence report was taken in the 11100 block of Church Street on April 29. No further details were reported.

-A burglary to motor vehicle report was taken in the 10500 block of Route 47 on April 29. The driver’s side window was smashed and stereo equipment was stolen, police said.
