Traffic was backed up for well over an hour. Very concerning for parents trying to pick their students up from HHS from after school activties. I am surprised this has not come up before but why is there not an entrance off of Hemmer as a back-up? This must be a safety issue. Every other campus has 2 ways in and out. This is an issue that needs to be addressed.
