If You Love The Cubs . . .

Come to hear about Huntley's connection to the Chicago Cubs. Huntley natives Barbara Hemmer Ernesti, Mary Beth Hemmer Manning, and Margaret Hemmer Manning will talk about the storied life of their aunt, Margaret Donahue, who spent 39 years with the Cubs. Margaret was a corporate secretary and vice-president of the Chicago Cubs and the first woman to hold an executive position in a major league ball club. Historic Cubs memorabilia will be on display.

This program is free and open to the public and will be followed by The Huntley Historical Society's Annual Program and Election of Board Members.

Refreshments will be provided by Jim Drendel of Drendel Mobil Gas Station.
