The “Intensive”
This workshop will focus on Healing and Transformation as it relates to our own personal
journeys. We will utilize both seminar and
workshop activities coupled with an opening and closing guided gong sound
meditation experience. Participants will
be guided to increase internal awareness and identify current needs and conditions
as well as develop a premeditated course of action to achieve a state of wholeness within themselves.Be a part of a growing community of people who embrace sustained personal transformation, and desire a deeper level of personal work. This event will have opportunity for quiet internal work and/or the opportunity to share your thoughts and lessons if you feel led to do so. All participants will have their own workbook and Journal for this event to document personal experiences and thoughts.
This extraordinary occasion will begin with a Gong Sound Mediation to set our intentions for the day. Gongs have been used for thousands of years as a psychoacoustic gateway to higher states of consciousness. Marian’s performances will utilize three large gongs and several Himalayans singing bowls, prefaced by the history of gongs and the benefits of sound as it relates to our own personal vibrations. We will then center our day with a guided seminar and workshop activities; finally we shall end our day in gratitude, reminding ourselves of the good and positives in our lives, as we conclude with a second Gong Sound Meditation to illuminate our experiences of the day.
