FREE Health Fair
Join us to begin your journey on the road to Wellness. We
will have representatives from Advocate Good Shepherd to assist you with the
cholesterol and diabetes screenings, a Nutritionist,
and Health and Fitness
information, as well as, Journey Care, Palliative, Samaritan Counseling,
Hospice and Home Care Team.
There will also be community organizations
represented.
