Huntley Jaycees's donating proceeds of Wheel of Meat to woman battling leukemia.

The Wheel of Meat is one of the Huntley Jaycees' biggest fundraisers of the year, and the upcoming event will benefit a young mom battling acute lymphatic leukemia.

The Jaycees are donating the proceeds to Jessica Rancak and her family. She is a Crystal Lake mom of two whose husband, Tom, is a Huntley businessman.

She recently was diagnosed with leukemia and is undergoing chemotherapy. The cost of a single chemo treatment is $30,000, friends said. Rancak also will require a bone morrow transplant.
