Drivers Beware of Long Delays Expected on Huntey Roads
The Illinois Department of Transportation issues update on Route 47 construction.
Construction crews will be placing pavement in several areas within the village Wednesday and IDOT warns of long delays.
The crews will be placing pavement on several roads and streets:
- Algonquin Road, between Route 47 and Church Street
- Main Street, between Church Street and Bonnie Brae
- Kreutzer Road, east of Route 47.
Flaggers will be directing traffic when necessary but motorists should expect long delays, IDOT stated.
