Jazz Band Performs at Culver's

District 158 Education Foundation holds jazz concert to raise money for scholarships and grants.

The Consolidated School District 158 Faculty's Jazz Band performed to packed crowd at Culver's Tuesday evening.

Rosemary Herringer,  president of the D158 Education Foundation, helped organize the event with Richard Myers, the assistant manager of the restaurant.

This the second year the jazz band has performed at Culver's.  Last year, the foundation raised between $700 to $800 in donations.  The D158 Foundation was set up eight years ago for scholarships and grants.
