Patch Paw Pals: Carmella and Janis
Animal House Shelter's pit bull mixes Carmella and Janis are the pets of the week. They came to the shelter together and are waiting to be adopted.
Full of energy, Carmella and Janis are two 1-year-old stray pit bull mixes who came to Animal House Shelter from an overcrowded humane society in Indiana. They have been at AHS for about three weeks and are ready to move on to a permanent home.
Carmella weighs about 55 pounds while Janis weight about 35 to 40 pounds, and both are expected to grow a little more within the next year. Carmella and Janis are good with kids and love to give kisses.
Having been through so much together, the two puppies are the best of buds. Both are very curious but listen well. They are playful and will lick you to death.
