Farmers' Market ends this week with Fall Harvest Day.

The last day of Huntley Farmers’ Market is Fall Harvest Day with favorites like apple donuts and apple cider.

Huntley Farmers’ Market is ending this weekend with a celebration of fall.

Fall Harvest Day will be held Saturday, Oct. 8 at the market  located on Coral Street in downtown Huntley. The hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

There will be apple donuts, apple cider, pumpkins, gourds, Indian corn, childrens’ entertainment from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and music. Children can decorate pumpkins, play the Bozo bucket game, ring toss and get their face painted.

This is the last chance of the season to stock up on fall produce and other fresh items like eggs, chicken, local oney and artisan breads.

Crafters will be on hand with items for the home and yard décor as well as great gifts, dress-up clothes, jewelry and hair accessories just to name a few.

Bring your lawn chair and enjoy a performance by Dave Gutshall in the gazebo.
