As I drove around last summer exploring Huntley and getting ready to launch Huntley Patch, I was driving on Haligus Road and saw this swan in one of the ponds that abutt the road. I kept meaning to stop and take a photo but never got the chance.
I'd seen the bird again this summer and last week, finally stopped to get a few shots. I'm pretty sure it's a swan, but I'm not an expert. It's just such a serene scene every time I drive past.
