Easter Egg Hunts Galore in Huntley

Mark your calendar for these egg hunts.

 

The Easter Bunny will be busy this weekend as he makes the rounds in Huntley and the surrounding area.

He'll be center stage at the Huntley Park District's Annual Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 7 at Deicke Park, on Route 47.

A special egg holds a family pass to Stingray Bay Family Aquatic Center. There will be certain areas for children aged 2-3, 4-5 and 6-8 years old. Parking is at the REC Center on Mill St.

Be there at 10 a.m. sharp because the hunt goes very quickly.

Cornerstone Baptist Church, 9625 Haligus Road (at Marlowe Middle School), Lake in the Hills, is hosting a free Easter Egg Hunt at 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

This will be an exciting event and an opportunity to get out and enjoy fresh air and fellowship with people in the community. Enjoy time together with the family in a fun and festive environment suitable for kids of all ages.

Special prizes will be awarded to lucky kids who find the mysterious Golden Eggs.

On Easter Sunday, families can search for eggs early, at 8 a.m., whenTrinity Lutheran Church, 11008 N. Church St., in Huntley hosts its hunt.

Huntley's Faith Community Church, 10547 Faiths Way, will hold an Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Sunday. Children will get to meet the Easter Bunny at the event.
